Stratasys Tops Estimates on Q2 EPS and Revenues

Stratasys shares were higher 5% in pre-market trade after the provider of applied additive technology reported Q2 adjusted earnings of $0.17, up from $0.12 in the same period a year ago and exceeding the estimate of $0.08 from analysts polled by CapIQ. Total revenues of $170 million were down from $172.1 million in the same period a year ago and topped the Street projection of $167.8 million.

The company reaffirmed its FY revenue guidance in the range of $645 to $680 million, straddling the Street estimate of $668.9 million. The adjusted EPS guidance was reaffirmed between $0.19 to $0.37 per share, straddling the Street estimate of $0.28.
